So im not going to be around that much. Ive reached a very very low bit, im better off on my own as I will only snap and say stuff I dont mean. Give it a while and Im sure I will be back....

Everyone deals with life's problems in different ways. If I am feeling a bit like you do now, my immediate reaction is the same - leave me alone, but actually isolating myself is the worst thing for me, I need to interact with people, else I just get worse. However, you have to do this for your work, so I can completely understand what you are saying - respect to you nic, hope you start to feel better soon. Good luck mate. You know where I am if you need to talk though. :)
